We are currently looking for a CG Production Coordinator to join our talented team here at our Dublin studio. The successful candidate will drive the on-time completion of CG production tasks for the asset design & build phases through the designated CG department. This is a Fixed-Term, 5-Month contract based in Dublin. Please note that our studio operates on a hybrid model, with a minimum of two days per week required in the studio. The successful candidate must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of the contract.
Key Responsibilities- Producing weekly/monthly department & breakout schedules.
- Collaborating with artistic teams to ensure on-time delivery of tasks.
- Effective scheduling of tasks in line with asset design & build schedules in communication with the artistic team.
- Inputting weekly departmental dashboard (BART) reports on each project.
- Providing daily and weekly status reports to project production teams.
- Ensuring time logging reports (STEVE) are accurate and in line with resource allocation.
- Troubleshooting departmental issues that impact task schedule deadlines.
- Facilitating departmental meetings as required & producing Agendas, minutes, notes and actions of meetings.
- Ability to efficiently & optimally communicate across the productions and departments.
- Strong understanding of schedules and deadlines; project management techniques.
- Previous Production experience required, ideally in an animation environment and likely to have been a successful Production Assistant.
- Experienced in database work and maintaining tracking documents.
- Applied use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Outlook.
- Practical use of Photoshop and Acrobat.
- Applied use of asset tracking software e.g. Autodesk's Shotgun/Shotgrid.
