CFO for PE-Backed Technical & Outsourced Services

Philanthrope Partners is retained to appoint a Chief Financial Officer for a lower mid-market, private equity-backed services business operating across the UK. The CFO will lead the finance function, shape financial strategy and partner with private equity shareholders and the CEO to drive profitable growth and cash generation.

The role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on involvement in investment decisions, contract profitability and operational effectiveness.
