Centre Administrator, Photonics CDT (Hybrid)

Heriot-Watt University invites applications for a Centre Administrator in the Centre for Doctoral Training in Applied Photonics. The role is a hybrid, 1 FTE (35 hours per week) fixed-term until 2033, graded at UK Grade 5 with a salary of £27,241-£31,861 per annum.

You will provide administrative support across admissions, recruitment, enrolment, events, and student services, liaising with partner universities and external bodies. Occasional travel and after-hours work may be required.
