Centre Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and detail focused Centre Administrator to join our Centre Administration team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate registration, certification and examination records of learners, while supporting training providers and internal stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a fast paced, regulated environment, take pride in getting the details right, and are confident managing multiple tasks and queries at once.

This position will be on a fixed term contract.

Principal Responsibilities of the Role
  • Provide a proactive administration service to centres and training providers
  • Manage learner registrations, exams and certification records
  • Respond to centre and customer enquiries within agreed service levels
  • Maintain accurate systems and data in line with regulatory requirements
  • Support certificate processing, printing and quality checks
  • Contribute to process improvements and system testing
Essential Criteria
  • Experience in a busy administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident IT skills (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Clear communication and customer focused approach
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience in a regulated or awarding environment
  • Familiarity with CRM or bespoke systems
  • Experience working with data or system testing
