Cell Leader - Process Excellence (Hybrid FMCG Plant)

Unilever Crumlin Pot Noodle factory in Wales is seeking a Cell Leader to strengthen the production team. You will own the cell agenda, lead meetings and drive CILR-based improvements, safety and quality, delivering line efficiency and OEE improvements.

You will work with Process Engineer and Focus Engineer, liaise with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Safety, and coach teams on Kaizen and loss-elimination work while upholding GMP.
