This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who takes pride in producing high-quality dishes and maintaining exceptional kitchen standards. Working as part of a talented brigade, you will be responsible for managing your section, ensuring consistency in food preparation and presentation, and contributing to a positive and professional kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, have strong organisational skills, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering outstanding food. You should be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Take ownership of your designated section within the kitchen
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Assist with stock rotation and ingredient management
- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional service
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for progression
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Passion for quality food and customer satisfaction
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Strong team player with a positive attitude

Salary & Benefits- Up to £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
