This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef to join a busy, fresh-food kitchen that prides itself on seasonal produce, bold flavours, and consistently high standards. The role you'll be working as part of a skilled kitchen team delivering fresh, seasonal dishes in a fast paced environment. The menu changes regularly, reflecting the best locally sourced produce available and ensuring an exciting and evolving offer for both guests and chefs.

This is a hands on role where consistency, speed, and attention to detail are essential, alongside a genuine passion for great food.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a similar fresh-food kitchen is essential, as we need someone who can confidently step into a busy service environment. We are looking for a chef who shares our love of everything foody and brings passion and flair to the kitchen.

The ideal Chef de Partie will:

• Have proven experience in a fresh-food, high-volume kitchen
• Be passionate about seasonal ingredients and quality cooking
• Bring creativity, energy, and pride to their work
• Be confident under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Maintain excellent food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
