CDD Operations Leader: Onboarding & Performance (Hybrid)

Worldpay is seeking an experienced CDD Oversight and Operations Manager to lead onboarding and drive performance across the enterprise due diligence team in Edgbaston. Hybrid role with rotation and a focus on accuracy, governance and customer-centric controls.

You'll oversee KPI reporting, capacity planning, and collaboration with Compliance, Risk and Audit to balance regulatory objectives with a quality customer experience. Strong leadership and AML/KYC experience required.
