CCO/MLRO

My client is a highly reputable fintech payments firm, undergoing a rapid and exciting global expansion. They are seeking a CCO/ MLRO to lead and develop the global compliance function. The ideal candidate will already have extensive experience in CCO/ MLRO positions within reputable payments firms. UK experience won't be sufficient alone, with the need for understanding of the regulatory challenges faced in this sector across the UK and EU. As this role will be looking after compliance and financial crime teams in different jurisdictions, this person must possess key leadership skills and the ability to scale and develop functions. This fintech has a dynamic and fast paced environment, drawing positive and can-do people to join their journey!

Salary is £150k - £200k, hybrid working model + great benefits
