Catering Team Lead: Breakfast Service & Events

Sodexo at Edinburgh Academy Senior School in Edinburgh is seeking a Catering Team Lead to supervise front-of-house, kitchen and events under a 38-week contract. You will support daily service, events and a high-quality catering experience for staff and students.

Working alongside the Supervisor and Head Chef, you will lead the team, manage staff, ensure safety and hygiene standards, and cover breakfast service with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.
