About the RoleA hands on position in a friendly, supportive catering team. You'll oversee day to day operations and support service delivery for events and conferences, maintaining high standards of customer care across multiple sites.
You will work an average of five days out of seven, 36.5 hours per week. The normal hours of operation are from 7 am to 10:30 pm, with occasional events that exceed these hours. This is a full time position, available on a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day catering operations across Rewley House and Ewert House, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
- Support and motivate catering staff, providing guidance and ensuring effective teamwork.
- Assist in organising and delivering catering for events, conferences, and daily service.
- Maintain excellent communication with colleagues and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in all catering areas.
- Experience in the hospitality or catering sector in a customer facing role.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude toward customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

SalaryGrade 3: £27,534 - £28,437, with a discretionary range to £30,508 per annum.
