What you'll be doing

As a Catering Supervisor, you will proactively supervise catering teams on site, as well as recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues to deliver efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customers, and clients.

• Motivate and manage a team
• Control and manage a budget
• Ensure ongoing team communication, build internal and external relationships, manage reporting, and liaise with clients to enable operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues

Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days, 40 hours per week
