We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking Catering Manager in a busy large primary school.

Duties include: Food preparation, stock management, management of kitchen team, food presentation and service set up. compliance and allergen management.

DBS Required - Yes
Contract Type - Permanent
Weeks Per Year - 44.98
Hours Per Week - 30
Grade - Grade 6
Actual Salary - £13.90 - £14.59 per hour
Location/Work base - Nansen Primary School, Birmingham
Working Pattern Monday - Friday between 8am - 2pm

Term time only plus 3 additional cleaning days
