Rose Hill Primary School are seeking a Catering Manager to manage the catering team and provide the school meal service at Rose Hill Primary School.

• Strategic management
• Provision of meals
• Cleanliness and hygiene
• Management of staff
• Administration

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or similar role within an education setting
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to prioritise work including multi tasking
• Food hygiene level 1 or above
• English and mathematics skills (grade C or level 4 or above)
• A good understanding of food safety and preparation, hygiene, first aid, food allergens and fire safety
