Job Description

Catering Manager - Surrey - 45k

My client is an independent contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager for one of their flagship venues in Surrey.

Overview Responsibilities
  • Previous experience as a Catering Manager, Deputy General Manager or Assistant General Manager within contract catering
  • Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
  • Experience managing a team of FOH and BOH staff
  • The desire to grow within a forward thinking company
Qualifications/Requirements
  • All candidates applying for this Catering Manager role must have been in a Catering Manager, Deputy General Manager or Assistant General Manager role within contract catering in the last year.
