Fantastic opportunity for a consummate Catering Director to take over at this very successful and well run catering contract based on the South Coast.

This position will take full responsibility for

2 street food trucks

Conferencecentreand hospitality.

The current contract turnover is c£4.8mil

They are looking for a CateringDirector who can -

Offering leadership and motivation to the onsite managers

Liaise and work with chef team with a contemporary and ever changing events menu

Ensure the delivery of 5 service across the board

Support the managers in the logistical planning

The Catering Director will have a strong financial understanding, great flexibility and attention to detail.With strong leadership skills with a track record in coaching and developing senior personnel
