Fantastic opportunity for a consummate Catering Director to take over at this very successful and well run catering contract based on the South Coast.

This position will take full responsibility for:

• 2 street food trucks
• Conferencecentreand hospitality
• The current contract turnover is c£4.8mil

They are looking for a CateringDirector who can:

• Offering leadership and motivation to the onsite managers
• Liaise and work with chef team with a contemporary and ever changing events menu
• Ensure the delivery of 5 service across the board
• Support the managers in the logistical planning
