Evolve is currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Hospitality Supervisor to work with a prestigious law firm in Central London. This is a hands on supervisory role, leading a small hospitality team to deliver an exceptional, seamless service across meeting rooms and hospitality areas in a fast paced professional environment.

Hours: Monday - Friday (daytime shifts)

Pay: Competitive rate + holiday pay

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising and coordinating the day to day activities of the hospitality team
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries and requests on site
  • Overseeing the setup and servicing of meeting rooms to the highest standard
  • Managing the delivery of lunches, refreshments, and hospitality services for clients and staff
  • Ensuring a consistently professional, warm, and welcoming service is delivered at all times
  • Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all hospitality areas
  • Welcoming and escorting guests, ensuring a smooth and professional visitor experience
  • Supporting reception and front of house duties, including managing bookings, calendars, and correspondence
  • Upholding and enforcing food safety and hygiene standards across the team
  • Proactively identifying and resolving operational issues before they impact service
  • Training, briefing, and supporting team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Reporting to management and providing updates on team performance, service quality, and any incidents
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a hospitality, reception, or front of house role, ideally within a corporate or professional environment
  • Previous supervisory experience is essential
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident using IT systems including email, booking platforms, and calendars
  • Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Immaculately presented with a professional, polished appearance at all times
  • Punctual, proactive, and a natural problem solver
  • Available Monday to Friday
