Our Caldecotte Day Nursery in Caldecotte is currently looking for aKitchen Assistant to work alongside our Nursery Chef and provide our children with healthy, nutritious meals.

About Our Nursery

Location

Our Kiddi Caru Nursery Caldecotte Milton Keynes is beautifully situated next to a scenic lake, right near the Parks Trust at Caldecotte Lakes. It's a wonderful spot for children to explore and connect with nature! You'll also find our sister nurseries, Walnut Tree and Milton Keynes Village, conveniently located nearby.

What will you be doing:

• Ensuring all production, service and presentation of food is up to standard
• Carrying out all catering activities in line with the budget
• Ensuring any comments regarding the catering operation are noted and acted upon immediately
• Purchasing supplies through the agreed suppliers
• Ensuring all aspects of the Health & Safety at Work Act are complied with
• Covering all duties in times of Cooks absence
• Assisting within the nursery rooms, this will be advised by either the Nursery Manager or the Cook
