Withybush General Hospital Catering Department are looking to employ a Catering Assistant who would like to become a member of a huge team of persons within the department offering an effective and efficient cleaning and catering service.
The selected individual will be a vital part of the team ensuring the department is cleaned to the highest quality. There will also be some servery work where the selected candidate will be face to face with visitors, staff and patients in our cafeteria providing meals and dealing with cash and card payments.
Main responsibilities of the roleThe post is for 1 15 hours. This contract is to work 5 evenings a week Monday to Sunday 5 pm to 8 pm. Hours may vary to meet the demands of the service. Candidates will receive consistent and comprehensive instruction.
The candidate must be a team player with good communication skills with colleagues, staff and guests. You will need to operate within the norms and procedures of the hospital and always uphold the ideals of Hywel Dda University Health Board.
Welsh speaker. The ability to speak Welsh is an advantage for this role but English and/or Welsh speakers are encouraged to apply equally.
