Catering Assistant - Lymm High School

Lymm High School is a large, high performing secondary school with exceptional resources including a swimming pool, leisure complex and a residential centre in Anglesey.

The role

We are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to work in a busy kitchen.

The successful candidate will have to be able to work under pressure and have a flexible approach to work/hours. You will carry out normal kitchen duties as part of a large team.

Please note that in addition to this permanent position there may also be an additional Catering Assistant vacancy available on a casual contract. Candidates interested in this opportunity are encouraged to indicate this within their application.

Experience is desirable but not essential and a full induction and training will be given. Individuals should have a caring and common-sense attitude towards children.

Salary: £13.52 per hour

Contract: Permanent- 1 x 20 Hours per week (Term Time Only) Daily 10.00am - 2.30pm including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

NJC Grade 3 (Points 4 - 5) £13.52 - £13.74 per hour
