An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to support a leading London Market Casualty underwriting team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior underwriters to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operationally, enabling the business to deliver its strategic goals with efficiency and precision.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between underwriting and wider business functions, coordinating operational resources and driving process improvements to maximise productivity.
• Maintain oversight of the underwriting portfolio, ensuring clear communication, timely escalation of issues, and effective alignment between project delivery and business needs.
• Champion the adoption of technology and support the continuous improvement of underwriting operations.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in the London insurance market, ideally with underwriting operations or change management experience.
• A sound understanding of Casualty insurance perspectives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate vision into practical outcomes.
