CASS Operations Lead - Reconciliations & Growth (Hybrid)

Plum is seeking a CASS Operations & Reconciliations Lead to build and scale the Client Assets and Reconciliations function across the UK and EU. You'll own reconciliation frameworks for client money, custody assets and investment products, ensuring robust controls and regulatory compliance.

You will lead the CASS Operations & Reconciliations team, partner with Product, Engineering and Compliance to automate processes, improve data quality and support audits as Plum grows.
