# Case Management System Lead - EHM Job IntroductionIt is an exciting time to join us in Bradford Children's Services. We have a strong Senior Leadership Team who are focussed and have a clear vision to improve the children's core IT systems for the children and families across the Bradford District. Children are at the heart of everything we do.The Children's System Management team focuses on delivery of training, system developments and first line support for 1000+ users across the service to support practice, improve systems and embed quality of data.You will provide support, development and training to drive practice and continuous service improvements through successful delivery and implementation across EHM, LCS, ContrOCC, children's portal, and other IT solutions as appropriate.Our strategic vision and values are upheld across the Trust, fostering a reliable and supportive environment for both staff and the children in our care.Our approach is rooted in restorative and relational practice, fostering trust, mutual respect, and meaningful relationships with children, families, and professionals. You'll also: Lead a friendly, supportive System Management Team. Work with key stakeholders internally and externally to support the Children's IT systems. Lead the operational management, development and technical delivery of IT systems across Children's Services which covers social care, prevention and early help, adolescent services, education and adult learning.
