Your expertise will help ensure customers receive the right support while promoting safer and more sustainable communities.

  • Experience of working collaboratively with external partners, including Local Authorities, the NHS, Police, and wider community based support services. Highly Desirable
  • A relevant professional qualification, or evidence of working towards one. Highly Desirable
  • Membership of, or a commitment to working towards membership of, an appropriate professional body. Highly Desirable
  • The ability to lead and coordinate complex case reviews, working effectively with operational teams, senior leaders, and external partners to achieve positive outcomes. Desirable
  • A strong understanding of housing law, safeguarding responsibilities, and regulatory requirements, enabling you to make informed decisions, manage risk effectively, and ensure residents receive safe and compliant support. Essential
What we can offer you
  • 25 days holiday (increasing with each year of service, up to a maximum of 31 days), bank holidays and three concessionary days over the Christmas period.
  • The option to join our contributory pension scheme.
  • Access to a dedicated Employee Healthcare Portal, eye care vouchers, and a cycle to work scheme.
  • Further information is available on the HPG Benefits page.
