Role Overview

We seek a Carer Recruitment Officer to expand our foster carer community. Responsibilities include sourcing and encouraging inquiries through local engagement, conducting initial visits, and maintaining accurate records.

The role focuses on raising awareness of fostering, generating inquiries, and nurturing relationships with potential carers. Strong time management, coordination, and IT skills are essential.

You will engage with the public and existing foster carers, attend events, promote referrals, and analyze recruitment activities to inform strategies. Maintaining contact with prospective foster carers and supporting the assessment process are key duties.

Candidate Profile

Experience in customer service or recruitment is advantageous, but strong communication skills and a friendly, flexible approach are prioritized. Proficiency in Excel, database management, and diary management is required, along with excellent communication skills. Experience in marketing or database work is beneficial.
