Trigon Recruitment seeks an Employment Advisor to join our Daventry office on the Restart Contract. You will support unemployed participants to overcome barriers, build confidence, and move into sustainable employment through tailored coaching and action plans.

You will manage a diverse caseload, deliver CV writing, interview prep, and job search techniques, and maintain strong employer relationships. A collaborative team and ongoing training are offered.
