Care Training & Recruitment Specialist - Homecare

Westmorland Homecare in Ulverston is expanding and opening a new office. We are looking for a Care Coordinator in Training & Recruitment to shape the branch and improve care delivery in the community.

You will lead induction training, oversee CPD, and manage recruitment from enquiry to onboarding, supporting staff development and retention. The role is based at Market Place, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm with occasional on call duties.
