We are looking for a Supervising Solicitor - Care Department in Luton.

Our Children Panel Supervisors and Solicitors are dedicated to supporting individuals through some of the most challenging periods of their lives, delivering expert legal advice with professionalism, empathy and integrity.
We are looking for a Care Supervising Solicitor to join our Team in Luton, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a guardian following and wants to work for a Family Law firm specialising in Care proceedings while mentoring and running their own team.
The Role- Supervise and support solicitors, trainees, paralegals and legal assistants within your team
- Maintain a personal caseload of Care matters
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members
- Conduct files reviews and ensure quality assurance procedures are followed
- Maintain excellent client care standards and professional conduct
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
- Children Panel Accreditation - or working towards it
- Experience of mentoring and/or managing junior staff
- Strong advocacy, case management and client care skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Legal Aid Agency procedures and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage a demanding caseload while supporting a team
