Job Description

Careium is seeking a Customer Service Advisor / Scheduler in Blackburn to coordinate technician visits, support onboarding and liaise with Adult Social Care and care professionals, ensuring a seamless service from start to finish.

You will contribute to improving lives by delivering reliable TEC and telecare services across the UK, with a Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm pattern and a competitive hourly rate.
