Care Leavers Personal Advisor - 3-Month Contract

Civic Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a 3-month contract role as a Personal Advisor in London, supporting care leavers aged 17 to 25 with education, employment, training, accommodation, health, finances and independent living.

You will manage a caseload, assess needs and develop pathway plans in partnership with young people and agencies, providing information, guidance and practical support to help them achieve positive outcomes. Office-based 2-3 days per week.
