Care Leavers Pathways Advisor - 3-Month Contract

Civic Recruitment Limited in Barnet, London area, seeks a Personal Advisor on a 3 month contract to support care leavers aged 17 to 25. You will manage a caseload, provide advice, guidance, advocacy, and practical help to secure education, employment, training, accommodation and independent living.
