Alpha Bank London Limited is seeking a Card Operations & Customer Support Analyst to help design, build and run card and current account operations in a growing UK bank.

The role covers card issuance, lifecycle management, transaction processing, disputes, fraud support and customer service across phone, email and internal systems. Hybrid working with three in-office days is available.
