Carbon Fibre Pilot Line Engineering Lead

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Capability Lead to drive the development of a carbon fibre pilot line. The role is Northwich-based, predominantly on-site with limited hybrid working, and will coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians in an R&D setting.

You will ensure safe, efficient experimental programmes, develop technical requirements and procedures, and champion a strong safety culture while meeting project priorities.
