Car Rental Customer Experience Specialist

U-Drive is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Salisbury. You will engage with customers daily at the branch, manage bookings, process payments, and support vehicle check-in/check-out. The role operates on a 45-hour rota that includes Saturdays, under the Branch Manager's guidance.
