Automotive Delivery Advisor - Car ExplainerYour mission: To ensure the final essential step of the customer journey by guaranteeing a flawless vehicle handover, offering all the techniques and transmitting the keys with professionalism to create a unique moment that reflects quality and standards.Main responsibilities:Vehicle Deliveries: - Present to the client all functionalities and new features during the key handover with expertise.- Ensure the availability and cleanliness of the delivery area and external zones.- Create a video the day before the appointment, with date and time for submission to automotive services for expert assessments.- Always apply the manufacturer's quality rules.Vehicle Management & Logistics: - Receive vehicles and check their conformity.- Verify the cleanliness of vehicles for delivery, display, or internal use.- Carry out vehicle movements (deliveries, displays, maintenance, events).File Management: - Ensure the handover, filing, and management of files with the Automobile Service.Expert Assessments, Procedures & Sales: - Actively participate in events: exhibitions, private sales, and profiling.Profile: - Passionate about automobiles, customer contact, and service quality.- Dynamic, motivated, integral, loyal person.- Comfortable in French and English.What we offer: - Join a solid, dynamic company contributing to the future of mobility.- Regulated working conditions and overtime.- 5 weeks of vacation per year.- Workplace: Geneva.- Desired start date: As soon as possible.Are you motivated to join our team?
