In this role, you will- Support the Senior Account Managers with a portfolio of global car rental partners to drive performance by understanding both Expedia and partners' needs and business value drivers, and identifying and prioritizing supply opportunities
- Act as a key liaison for day-to-day partner engagement by building relationships with partners including key decision makers and becoming a reliable point of contact and supporting the growth of mutual business relationships
- Support regional account strategies locally for our Global partners, including partner-specific initiatives, performance monitoring, and tactical follow-ups
- Assist in compiling regular reports and deriving actionable insights on partner performance, trends, and key metrics to support internal planning and external conversations
- Champion partner feedback internally, advocating for product and technology improvements that enhance partner and customer experiences
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as commercial operations, pricing, accounting and car operations to ensure seamless execution of account initiatives and resolution of commercial issues through a thorough understanding of how various departments fit and operate within Expedia Group
- Identify best practices and share them across partners and internal teams to encourage continuous improvement
- Support business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities (including fact finding and exploratory efforts), product gaps, or market trends that align with the overall supply strategy
The total cash range for this position in Miami is $90,000.00 to $126,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $144,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
