Captives Client Service Leader - Strategic Growth (Hybrid)

Marsh is seeking a Client Service Leader to join our Captives team, based in any US office location. This role will provide direct leadership, strategic client guidance, and oversee service delivery for best-in-class client service.

You will lead and mentor client service teams, drive innovative solutions, manage fee discussions, and ensure satisfaction, retention, and compliance across client engagements.
