Carrington West is seeking an Interim Capital Projects Project Management Surveyor to oversee and manage a range of live capital and maintenance projects for Castle Point Borough Council. This delivery-focused role, requires a confident and self-starting individual to ensure successful project delivery. The position entails working closely with senior management and stakeholders across various workstreams, coordinating projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have MRICS qualification or equivalent and experience in managing complex property and asset management matters. A strong understanding of building regulations and experience in public sector projects will be advantages. This role offers an initial 6-month contract.
