Responsibilities- Lead and support the delivery of comprehensive Capital Allowances claims across sectors including tech, real estate, retail, and healthcare.
- Conduct detailed site visits and technical property surveys to identify qualifying expenditure and maximise tax relief.
- Build and maintain deep, long term relationships with clients to understand their projects and commercial goals inside out.
- Collaborate with internal Tax and Audit teams across multiple regions to deliver cohesive, multi-disciplinary advice.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to uplift existing claims and proactively spot new business development leads.
- Draft high quality technical reports and manage the claim process from initial feasibility through to final submission.
- Hold specialist experience in preparing and managing detailed Capital Allowances claims within a professional practice or specialist consultancy.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of current UK tax legislation and its specific application to property related capital expenditure.
- Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, commercial advice for clients.
- Adopt a proactive, self starting mindset, taking full ownership of your portfolio and project deadlines.
