Capacity Strategy & Optimization Lead

Heathrow is seeking a Head of Capacity to lead strategic capacity planning at the world's busiest airport. This senior leadership role shapes how we optimise existing infrastructure, balance resilience with growth, and partner with airlines, project teams and internal stakeholders.

Based in the UK with hybrid working two days a week, you'll build rosters, forecast demand, and deliver sustainable capacity solutions that keep Heathrow moving smoothly.
