Job title: Candidate Support Co-ordinator
Job Description: As a Candidate Support Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between regional recruiters and candidates, guiding individuals through each stage of the recruitment process with empathy, clarity and purpose. Part-time, permanent role (30 hours per week).
Responsibilities- Support candidates throughout the British Army recruitment journey with empathy and clarity
- Keep candidate records up to date with clear and accurate notes in the internal system
- Take ownership of performance targets and strive to exceed expectations
- Suggest improvements to enhance candidate experience and internal processes
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Provide timely support to regional recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Essential Skills: confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Confident using digital systems and updating records accurately
- Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering excellent candidate experience
- Desirable Skills: understanding of the British Army recruitment process
- Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems
- Ability to suggest and implement process improvements
