What the job involves

As a Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, you will ensure effective alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives, delivering tangible results that contribute to the company's overall growth.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, deliver, and monitor high-impact campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, webinars, and social media, to engage, educate, and convert prospects.
  • Channel Activation: Activate and optimise key channels to enhance brand presence, increase traffic, and generate leads.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales to provide marketing tools like sales decks, one-pagers, and success stories to facilitate lead conversion.
  • Marketing Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as ROI, engagement, and lead conversion, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Lead Management: Work closely with SDR and Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and improve lead conversion rates.
What You'll Bring To The Team
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in campaign management, preferably in a tech start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Strong track record in managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, website, partnerships).
  • Experience with content marketing strategies, including webinars, guides, and case studies.
  • Excellent analytical skills to track performance and optimise campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM software (Hubspot is a plus).
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales and marketing teams.
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, highly organised, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
