Cambridge Site Manager - Short-Term Construction Lead

Fairmead are seeking a Site Manager for a short-term contract based in Cambridge, representing a retail contractor. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and hands-on site management to deliver on time and within budget.

You will report to the contracts manager, oversee trades and junior managers, and be responsible for health and safety compliance, documentation, and day-to-day site operations. This is a short-term, in-person assignment.
