Milk Education is working with welcoming and inclusive primary schools looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams. Hours & Contract
  • Monday-Friday, 08:30-15:30
  • Full-time opportunities available
  • Long-term roles with the potential to become permanent

Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
  • Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, and other additional needs
  • Work alongside the class teacher and SENDCo to deliver tailored support
  • Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence
  • Adapt learning activities to meet individual pupil needs
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
Who We're Looking For
  • Students completing or recently qualified in a T Level in Education & Early Years
  • Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
  • Patient, caring, and resilient
  • Confident communicating with children and school staff
  • Ready to begin a full-time career within education
