Call Centre Advisor - Immediate Start

Location: Norwich (Fully Office Based)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Temporary until late December, with opportunities for further contracts

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Making outbound calls when required
• Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
• Maintaining a professional, friendly, and empathetic approach at all times
• Updating records and handling basic administration tasks
• Supporting the wider team to ensure an excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Previous customer service, call centre, retail, hospitality, or administration experience is desirable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
