Venn Group's specialist Estates & Facilities recruitment team is recruiting for a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System Manager for a leading NHS healthcare organisation in Central London. This opportunity offers the chance to lead a major digital transformation project, implementing a modern CAFM platform that will enhance estates, facilities and asset management services across a complex healthcare environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the procurement, development and implementation of a new Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system across Estates and Facilities services.
• Managing project governance, stakeholder engagement, budgets, risks and reporting to ensure successful delivery.
• Working with Estates, Facilities, ICT, Procurement and external suppliers to ensure integration with existing digital platforms and operational processes.
• Overseeing asset data migration, maintenance schedules, compliance records and contractor management within the CAFM system.
• Developing performance dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools to improve service performance and operational decision-making.
• Delivering training and supporting the transition to effective business-as-usual operations following implementation.

About You

• Educated to degree level in Project Management or possess equivalent relevant experience.
• Significant experience working with CAFM systems and leading complex digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and project leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, risks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Estates and Facilities Management services, ideally within an NHS or healthcare setting.
• Demonstrable ability to drive process improvement, system optimisation and organisational change.

• Rate: Band 8a £40.20 per hour Umbrella
• Location: London
• Contract: 6 months
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Working Pattern: Site-based - Monday - Friday
