Full Job Description: Cafe Assistant

Location: Melton Mowbray, LE13 1JY

Hours: Part time, 4 hours per week (to include weekend working)

We're looking for a friendly, customer focused Cafe Assistant to join us in Melton Mowbray on a part time, fixed term contract.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing excellentcustomer service
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe area and kitchen
  • Prepare and serve food from set recipes
  • Ensure that the Cafe area, equipment, and contents are properly maintained in immaculate condition
  • Helping to lead and engage with a multi-disciplined team of both paid employees and volunteers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and food hygiene, record keeping, and assist the manager with other tasks associated with running a Cafe.
