The Opportunity

We are looking for a Store Manager for our new Byredo Covent Garden Store. The role is full time (37.5 hours per week). Store Managers oversee the store, staff, merchandise and customer service, achieve sales objectives, and maintain high operational and merchandising standards. You will build and coach highly motivated teams.

• Profit and sales generation - analyse sales data, set business strategies.
• Support development of Fragrance Consultants - ensure product knowledge and fluency.
• Sales leadership - play an active role on the selling floor.
• Customer service - provide the highest level of service and resolve issues promptly.
• Operations - ensure correct staffing levels, execute cash control procedures, bank deposits, safe funds, petty cash.
• Merchandising/visual - partner with operations, logistics and product teams to ensure right assortment and picture perfect floor.
• Human resources - work with Talent Acquisition to fill vacancies and evaluate consultant performance.
