Allegis Group EMEA Region is focused on four brands Aerotek, Aston Carter, Talent2 and TEKsystems which enable us to offer a broad selection of staffing and services solutions across different industries. It is the fastest growing region within the Group and is currently made up of 14 offices.


The Amsterdam office was established in 2012 and has been growing ever since. We currently have around 25 permanent employees and we are looking for new talent to join the office

Role Outline



Within Allegis Group, The Field Support Group (FSG) is responsible for the on and offboarding of employees and contractors. As soon as the candidate has been placed at our client, the FSG team will take over the contractor lifecycle such as on/off-boarding, including compliance and contract management, payroll and acting as a single point of contact for any (HR) administrative queries and providing an excellent customer experience. As Business Support Associates (BSA) you will be responsible for independently managing your own contractor base.


As a BSA you should be an active participant in the team, with the ability to priorities tasks in order of importance to meet customer needs. You should establish and maintain working partnerships within a fast-paced environment, whilst holding yourself and others accountable. A successful BSA uses own initiative to complete tasks and demonstrate patience despite setbacks.

Core Responsibilities


Customer Service

  • Delivers an excellent customer experience to both internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Acts as a point of contact for all HR administration, Contract and Payroll related queries and seeks solutions, escalating where appropriate
  • Develops strong relationships with peers in other departments to support the strategic aims of the business.
  • Partners with sales consultants to support the objectives of the team and office.
  • Supports office Leadership by performing a diverse range of administrative and operational functions
  • General office management




Systems and Process Understanding

  • Accountable for the contractor and Employee on-boarding process; including the issuing of contract agreements and solving contract queries
  • Is able to Identify and extract key information from the internal technologies to support the strategic aims of the business
  • Executes the internal risk management process to ensure operational efficiency and eliminate risk to the business
  • Maintain and update employee and contractor records in our internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.



Risk Management / Quality assurance/ Business guardianship


  • A subject matter expert on contractor on-boarding requirements, set by Allegis Group, our clients and legislation. In particular the ABU CLA and NEN qualificationUnderstands and applies legislation affecting the business and contractors, managing change in line with legislation
  • Understands right to work requirements and restrictions, applying working knowledge applicable contractors
  • Advises consultants and contractors on policies, compliance, and any other information that affects the business and/or the individual
  • Complete ad hoc projects and duties as requested by supervisor.
